Lori began teaching dance at 15 and has spent over 20 years in the fitness and yoga industries. She has worked with clients ranging from age 10 to 96, across a wide range of fitness levels, physical conditions, and goals.

Sessions are adjusted as you progress. Lori pays attention to how your body responds and updates your plan over time, so what you are doing three months in reflects what you have actually built.
